About the chainless mercerizing box
Thick alkali chainless mercerizing box has 18 upper and 18 bottom straight rollers. 2 bottom rollers are driven, respectively driven by 4KW motor. Weak alkali stabilize mercerizing box has 13 upper and 12 bottom straight rollers. 1 bottom rollers are loaded, driven by 4kw motor.Upper rollers are all rubber rollers, dia.299mm seamless steel pipe covered with 12mm 73A±2.5 acrylonitrile rubber. Bottom rollers are all the dia.295mm seamless stainless steel pipe with the screw surface. The diameter of the upper roller is 315mm; the bottom is 299mm. The rollers are dealt with static balance, runs smoothly. The body of the tank is made of beam steel, the bottom has dia.320mm clean hole and auto-filter tank. Totally there are 2 auto-filters and tanks.
